Roos & Stefani
NOURÉ was born from a personal search for snacks that nourish both body and soul. Founded in 2025 by Roos Boudebah and Stefani Lubbers.
Roos's Algerian roots through her father inspired the founders to reconnect with and celebrate Algerian culture, heritage, hospitality, and traditions through NOURÉ.
Rooted in tradition and guided by simplicity, we offer naturally sweet, clean-label Deglet Nour dates that serve as both daily nourishment and cultural celebration.
